Return Policy

Here at TILT, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality clothing and an unforgettable shopping experience.  In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our Return Claim Process.


  • Items must be in 100% resalable condition
  • All return claims must be submitted via email to us within 30 days of purchase
  • You MUST supply us with the corresponding order number of the item(s) you are looking to return.  We cannot accept any return claim without proper order number.
  • Prepaid return labels are only available to customers within the 50 US states (excluding Canada and all other US territories)
  • All other returns (customers from Canada and other US territories) must be shipped back to us using an insurable traceable carrier. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Return Claim Process:

Email our Customer Service team at and include your order #, the item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.

Once your request is received we will email you a pre paid USPS shipping label to have the product returned to us.

Place item(s) in original packaging along with the corresponding packaging slip that we will supply you, print the new return label and secure with tape over original label making sure the old label is completely covered.

Drop off at local post office or place for USPS pickup.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your return and automatically apply a refund to the original credit card on file for your order.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for credit to clear
  • Original shipping charges will not be added to credit
  • Items not returned in 100% resalable condition may not receive full credit
  • All exchanges will be processed as a refund and a replacement order will need to be placed separately.



    We DO NOT believe in low grade, cheap product.  Therefore, we hold our standards extremely high.  TILT is run and operated by humans, and humans sometimes make errors.  If you receive a defected product, we will be happy to replace that product at no cost to you.  Please email us at within 3 days of receiving your defected purchase in order for us to process the claim and replace it for you for free.  If you do not email us within 3 days of receiving your order, we unfortunately will not be able to replace your product.

    Returns/refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks from receiving your returned item.  If your return is approved for a refund, you will be credited automatically for the cost of the product(s), but not the initial shipping costs.  Credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.   Sale (clearance) items cannot be refunded.  The #partyvision Cup cannot be refunded as well.  A free shipping label will be supplied and emailed to you for your return.



    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.  If you wish to exchange your purchase(s), please return the item(s) as instructed above for a refund.  You may then purchase your new product.



    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



    Duty charges may be applied to your order if you are placing an international order.

    We currently only ship to the US, Canada and the UK.  Please contact us at to inquire about placing an international order with us.
